A few months ago, my husband began having severe muscle cramps in his arm and hand due to PD. Nothing seemed to help very quickly. I was afraid this wouldn't help or would be too powerful (I've read about bruising with some versions) and that he wouldn't like it or that it would do more harm than good. We have been very pleasantly surprised--on the lowest and 2nd to lowest intensities, his cramps are relieved very quickly. We use the flat attachment for his arm and round attachment for his hand. We are also happy that it is SO quiet, which helps with relaxation.
